I have over 19 years of experience in the travel industry, having started my professional journey in 2005.

My passion for travel began long before it became my career—it has always been a part of who I am. After earning my degree in Travel and Tourism Marketing, I began my professional journey in 2005 as a travel agent in a call center. It was there that I discovered how much I loved helping people plan their perfect getaways and create lasting memories.
Driven by that passion, I decided to take the next step and, in 2009, established my own travel agency in Poland. That leap allowed me to turn my love for travel into a thriving business built around personal connections and exceptional service.
Although my path later led me to the UK, my commitment to creating unforgettable travel experiences for my clients has never wavered.

What I love most about working in the travel industry is the opportunity to make people’s dreams come true. Every trip I plan is more than just a holiday—it’s a collection of memories, emotions, and experiences that can change someone’s life. Being able to play a part in creating those moments is incredibly rewarding.
I also love that the travel industry is constantly evolving—there’s always something new to learn, a new destination to explore, or a fresh experience to discover. It keeps me inspired and continually reminds me why I fell in love with travel in the first place.
Most of all, it’s the connections with people that make this work so special. Listening to clients’ stories, understanding their dreams, and then turning those into seamless, unforgettable journeys gives me immense joy and satisfaction every single day.

I specialise in helping Polish people living in the UK plan unforgettable getaways. My focus is on luxury escapes, boutique hotels, and curated city breaks — combining style, comfort, and authentic experiences. Every trip I create is personal and seamless, designed to make their holiday effortless, elegant, and truly memorable.

I always focus on selling destinations I truly know and love — places I’ve personally experienced and can speak about with confidence and passion. Having travelled extensively, I believe the best travel advice comes from genuine experience.
That said, I’m always eager to explore something new. If a client asks about a destination I haven’t visited yet, I make it my mission to research it thoroughly and find the best possible options for them.
My favourite destinations to book are European city breaks, especially in Italy and Spain, as well as Mexico, Thailand, Kenya, and the USA. I love both summer escapes and winter adventures, and my goal is always to match each client with the perfect destination that fits their style, mood, and dreams.

It’s hard to choose just one, but my personal favourite destination has to be Italy. I’m in love with its blend of history, culture, food, and effortless beauty. Every region feels like a new story — from the romance of Venice and the charm of Florence to the stunning coastlines of Amalfi and Sicily.
Italy has this incredible way of making you slow down and truly enjoy life — whether it’s a coffee in a little piazza, a scenic drive through the countryside, or a sunset by the sea. It’s a place that always inspires me and reminds me why I fell in love with travel in the first place.

Because I truly care about creating the right holiday, not just making a sale. I’m honest and dedicated — I’ll never recommend something that doesn’t meet their needs or expectations. Every trip I design must be perfectly matched to their preferences, budget, and travel style.
